A total of $9,000 in rewards is available.

Up to 12 $500 Rewards will be paid to Researchers who submit the best collection of responses. The best 12 collection(s) will be determined by the following:

• the total number of hymns for which an existing translation is submitted
• the overall quality of the collection (whether all required information has been provided, with sources documented)
• overall diversity of the collection (e.g., have multiple religious denominations been included in the search?)
• search strategies submitted (e.g., directed toward languages for which no results were identified)

A Researcher may win more than one $500 reward. 

An additional $3000 will be distributed as discretionary rewards among the Researchers who have contributed significantly to the study, for example, by finding a translation of a rare hymn requested in a lead.

The determination of the reward winners and amounts is at the absolute discretion of RWS.

The Study will accept submissions until 12 noon ET on the indicated Expiration Date above. You may submit up to the submission limit indicated on your Activity Dashboard. Please note that for this study, we will be increasing the usual limit. Your submission limit for the Study may also be increased based on the quality of your previous submissions for the same Study.

Submissions:  Each submission should pertain to a single translation for a single hymn and you will be prompted in the submission form to fill out as much information as you have along with sources, before you submit supporting documentation. 

Highlights: When prompted by the submission form, you will be asked to highlight the sections of the document that best match the Research Requirements.  Highlighting is intended to provide reviewers and clients with a shortcut to a specific passage relevant to the research requirement. Your highlights MUST accurately reflect the information submitted in the submission form to be eligible for a reward.

Message Center: The Review Team may contact you for more information about your submission. If you receive such a request, please reply directly through the Message Center (i.e. the Inbox in your RWS account). If your messages are forwarded to your email, you may click the link provided in the footer to view and reply to the original message. Please do not reply to the forwarded message in your email.

The Researcher Agreement and all other eligibility requirements apply. Submissions may not be shared with other Researchers.
